We have been around the hospitality block a few times, working in everything from fine dining to chop and seafood houses to good ol’ neighbourhood pubs. Sara was an oyster shucker in the Niagara region of Ontario and is definitely East Coast biased in her taste in oysters because of it.
Michelle is more of a “West Coast is the best coast” kind of girl. Thanks to these differing opinions, we are happy and excited to offer you oysters from east to west and we promise not to judge, no matter your preference!
